Experience mandatory.

Hours 9-5 5 day work week.

We are a small class 8 truck repair shop located 1.5 miles north of Brandon, SD on Highway 11. We are hiring for a bookkeeper/office manager postion. Duties are listed below.

• Payroll
• quarterly 941payroll report
• annual 940 payroll report
• accounts payable
• accounts receivable
• budget
• deposits
• parts running for repair shop
• receiving payment from customers
• preparing taxes for CPA
• W2's/W3's
• unemployment (SD) report
• bank statement reconciliation
• inventory management
• creating invoices
• ordering parts
